VisitorBook (by Care Monitor) acts as a Data Processor, hosting and maintaining the system on behalf of the care home in accordance with GDPR.

- Your visitor type (Visitor, Staff, Contractor)
- The person you are visiting (if applicable)
- Sign-in and sign-out times
System users (e.g., reception or management staff) may also have login and access records recorded for security purposes.
